The following is just a small summery of the conference with Dana at the Yoga Shala Calgary given on the 26th of October 2018.

Jan Goranson and Patrick Copping are back helping teach Mysore so that Dana can focus on managing the rest of the studio and teach her led classes. It's very hard for her to be away from teaching Mysore because the Mysore program is truly where her heart lives....but the studio as a whole requires her attention. "I know you're in amazing hands with Ryan and these two"!! - Don't you worry everyone, Dana will still be around making sure we are all doing our jobs and you, the students are happy! ;0)

Jan - Monday-Thurs 6:00-8:00am Ryan - Tues & Thurs 6:45 -8:00am / Friday 6:00-8:00am

What gets you on your mat? What does a 'real' yogi look like? Not all what happens on the mat should delegate what happens off the mat... be kind to yourselves. Remember the struggles are the 'true' lessons and the practice itself is the 'true' teacher. When you look at why you wake up and step on your mat each day remember it is for the purpose of understanding our present. We must remember that our practices are more than what series we are doing. Where you are in your practice only defines one part, but the experiences along the way define much more.
