The beginning of January has came and went. I invite you to reflect on the past 30 days identify some of your steps and successes that have moved you towards your goal. Take a moment and celebrate your wins. See if you can identify at least three small healthy changes you made in January. Did you make the time to plan your meals? Did you eat more meals that were healthy? Did you make time to move your body more? As we look forward to February, lets keep the momentum going. Remember, it is not about arriving or perfection, it is about consistently moving in the right direction.
