Emotional Fitness

The depth and quality of our relationships have an overarching effect on our health and well-being. And at times, this means we have to be willing to have courageous conversations. There is a quote that says “we get in life what we have the courage to ask for”. If we don’t ask for what we want, it is unlikely that we will receive it.  Today, take a moment and pause and ask yourself, what is one thing I have been putting off asking for?  And, do it. Be willing to have the conversation.
