Stress management is an essential piece to self-care.  One of the best ways to beat stress is to get crystal clear on your priorities and to live in alignment with your values. The only things we really control in our lives, is how we spend our time and how we direct our energy.  Everything else is out of our control.  We feel happier and less fearful when we are making decisions and taking actions that are aligned with our values and goals.
