A little planning can save you a lot of time when it comes to food. Waiting until you are hungry to choose your meals leaves you lots of room for temptation and poor food choices. Commit to nourishing your body with healthy foods. Be proactive and decide ahead of time what meals you will prepare and have the groceries and ingredients on hand to prepare them. Scheduling one hour per week (ideally same day every week) to plan your meals and write out your grocery list for the week, takes the pressure off deciding what to make each day.
