Taking excellent care of themselves is something that most women struggle with. With so many other people and things that need our time and attention it is easy to fall to the bottom of our own to do lists. October is an excellent time for a reset. Use the start of the month to create a routine that includes a bit of self-care for you. The challenge for October is to move your body. In a month, 20 - 30 minute bouts of physical activity are ideal. Don't wait until you feel like working out to do it. Find an activity you like or love and put it in your schedule. Even better, ask a buddy to do it with you.
